Cultural Representative Program (CRP) 2019 - for 12 months


The Cultural Representative Program (CRP) is a 12-month work experience located at Walt Disney World® Resort, near Orlando, Florida. Participants have the opportunity to share the unique culture and customs of their country with Guests, while working different front line, guest facing roles. Participants must authentically represent one of the countries or regions Disney recreated in look and feel at the Walt Disney World® Resort.

Eligibity
All HKBU final year undergraduate students
Pay Rate
$9.00usd per hour for non–tipped positions
$5.30usd per hour for tipped positions

Q-1 Visa
Participants are responsible for the cost of US Embassy/Consulate appointment fees
Housing
$127 - $200usd per week (depends on the complex and size of the unit)
$225.00usd Non-refundable Program Assessment Fee (one-time fee)
• All complexes are gated with 24-hour security staff
• Participants will share a bedroom with at least one other person
• Transportation to and from work is provided
• Participants must provide own sheets, pillow, blanket, towels
• Participants must provide own food in apartment and at work
Airfare
Participants are responsible for round trip airfare to and from the United States
Participants are responsible for their own transportation from Orlando Airport to their Apartment Complex Front Office (approximately $30usd)
• Participants must arrive on the exact date specified by Walt Disney World Co.
